• Alignment with BUEF’s mission of supporting education, poverty alleviation, healthcare, empowerment, and environmental sustainability.

• Must be apolitical and respect the Foundation’s neutral stance.

Skills & Passion (Optional but Valuable)

• Volunteers with skills in teaching, healthcare, community outreach, environmental advocacy, or administration are highly encouraged.

• However, passion to serve underprivileged communities is the most important requirement.

Conduct & Integrity

• Must demonstrate honesty, respect, and cultural sensitivity while working with diverse communities.

• Commitment to teamwork and accountability.
